Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing, located in Hisar. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Daily tasks include managing nursing operations, supporting infection control initiatives, collaborating with medical staff, and overseeing long-term care procedures. The role also includes staff training and development, budget management, and implementing nursing best practices.

• Knowledge in Infection Control and Medicine
• Experience in Long-term Care practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid nursing license
