Job Description

Your role at Fourth Frontier as the Director of Medical Sales involves leading efforts in building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors, while driving adoption of innovative cardiac monitoring solutions across India and global markets. **Key Areas of Responsibility:** - **Sales Leadership:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets in the medical segment. - **Market Expansion:** Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, cardiac clinics, rehabilitation centers, academic centers, CROs, and healthcare networks. - **Team Management:** Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics. - **Key Account Management:** Maintain and expand relationships with top healthcare customers and channel partners. - **Partnership Development:** Collaborate with medical device distributors, strategic partners, and healthcare decision-makers. - **Clinical Collaboration:** Work with the medical affairs team to ensure product positioning aligns with clinical needs and evidence-based practice. - **Sales Operations:** Monitor pipelines, forecast sales, and ensure accurate reporting using CRM tools. - **Brand Representation:** Represent Fourth Frontier at industry conferences, exhibitions, and medical events. **Qualifications Required:** - MBBS, MD (Cardiology), BSc (N), BPT preferred. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA) eligible. - 10+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong clinical acumen in ECG interpretation, familiarity with ambulatory ECG reporting workflows, knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation protocols, and experience in cardiology-focused clinical research preferred. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector. - Strong network of contacts in cardiac hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. - Experience with cardiac monitoring or diagnostic devices will be an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
