We are looking for a Director of Medical Sales to lead our efforts in building strong

relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors, while driving

adoption of our innovative cardiac monitoring solutions across India and global markets.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

  • MBBS,MD(Cardiology) BSc(N), BPT preferred. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA) eligible.
  • 10+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong clinical acumen in ECG interpretation, familiarity with ambulatory ECG reporting workflows, knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation protocols, and experience in cardiology-focused clinical research preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong network of contacts in cardiac hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with cardiac monitoring or diagnostic devices will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
