What You'll Be Responsible For: Marketing Technology Management: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and maximum ROI. Data Governance & Management: Establish and maintain data quality standards, processes, and best practices to ensure accurate, consistent marketing data across all platforms. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights on marketing performance, ROI, and contribution to pipeline and revenue. Campaign Operations: Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, timely delivery, and operational excellence. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve cross-functional collaboration. Budget Management: Manage the marketing operations budget, including technology investments, vendor contracts, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments to align marketing operations with company-wide objectives and initiatives. What Youll Need: 8+ years of marketing operations experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS companies. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), data management tools, and analytics solutions. Familiarity with other B2B technologies, including Rollworks, Pathfactory, Foleon, Navattic, Sendoso, Wistia, Zapier, Sendoso is a major plus. Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies Ability to translate business objectives into operational strategies and tactical execution plans. Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with marketing performance measurement and optimization. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
