Director of Maintenance

Role Overview: You will be joining ESTER INDUSTRIES LIMITED in Hyderabad as a full-time on-site Director of Maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance operations, managing facility repairs, performing carpentry tasks, and ensuring effective maintenance and facility management. As the Director, you will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and develop maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the maintenance team - Manage facility repairs and carpentry tasks - Ensure compliance with safety regulations - Develop and implement maintenance strategies - Manage budgets for maintenance operations - Enhance operational efficiency through effective maintenance and facility management Qualifications Required: - Possess strong supervisory skills - Proficient in maintenance & repair and carpentry tasks - Familiar with Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management - Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field preferred,
