Director of Information Technology

You will play a crucial role in Gruve as the Director of Information Technology (IT). Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. - Overseeing the management of all IT and data infrastructure assets globally. - Providing technical leadership to the IT team, setting priorities, and tracking program and project activities. - Collaborating with service practice organizations to implement technology solutions for business growth and customer satisfaction. - Ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of IT assets and systems. - Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans for the IT department. - Working with external partners to meet the organization's IT needs and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends. Qualifications required for this role are: - B.E / B. Tech degree in computer science or information technology, or masters degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a proven track record of managing global IT teams. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans. - Project and Program Management experience, including global IT transformation projects. - Strong knowledge of IT security principles, ITSM models, and large-scale IT project management. - Technical expertise in IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. - Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
