We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Director of Marketing – Fundraising Lead to spearhead high-level donor engagement for a social impact project. This role involves direct outreach to the top 100 high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), celebrities, and influential business leaders in Hyderabad. Your primary objective will be to present the project professionally, build strong donor relationships, and secure financial contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically identify and approach top 100 wealthy individuals and celebrities in Hyderabad.
• Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential donors.
• Present the vision, impact, and financial needs of the project with clarity and professionalism.
• Develop long-term relationships with philanthropists, corporate leaders, and influencers.
• Work closely with the core team to align messaging and campaign strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, commitments, and follow-ups.
• Represent the organization with poise, passion, and persuasion at high-profile events.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and fluent in English and Telugu (preferred).
• Prior experience in fundraising, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Strong network among HNWIs or willingness to cultivate one.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
