Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad for a Director of Franchise Development. The Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for leading franchise sales, negotiating franchise agreements, and managing franchising processes. Day-to-day tasks include business planning, generating leads, and executing strategies for franchise growth. The role also involves overseeing the performance of franchisees and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Experience with Franchise Agreements and Franchising processes
• Business Planning skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
