Director of Engineering - Integrations

• Degreed is hiring a

  Director of Engineering

  to lead the next generation of our integrations platform. This is a critical role focused on building a scalable, secure, and intelligent foundation for how Degreed connects with the broader learning and talent ecosystem.
• You ll lead the architecture and execution of our integration strategy, including APIs, middleware, connectors, and data pipelines, while partnering closely with Product, Security, and Customer teams. Your leadership will directly impact how our enterprise clients onboard, operate, and scale with Degreed.

Key Skills

• Proven experience leading

  large-scale integration initiatives

  for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong technical background in

  APIs, microservices, middleware

  , and

  cloud-native architectures

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in

  data pipelines

  , event-driven systems, and system-to-system communication patterns.
• Familiarity with

• Demonstrated ability to
