Director of Engineering

As the Director Of Engineering at Raffles Udaipur, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel property, its equipment, ancillary maintenance, and repair services, while also protecting the Owner's asset. Your role encompasses overseeing the structural aspects of the hotel, maintenance of grounds, and external facilities. Additionally, you will be monitoring the budget and controlling expenses within all areas of the department. Your key focus will be determining the security requirements to safeguard the hotel property, employees, guests, and patrons against theft, crime, and other hazards, including managing the relationship with a third-party security firm. - Ensure efficient operation of the hotel property, equipment, and ancillary maintenance services - Oversee maintenance of grounds, external facilities, and structural aspects of the hotel - Monitor budget and control expenses within the department - Determine security requirements to protect the property, employees, guests, and patrons - Manage the relationship with a third-party security firm contracted for security purposes - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering operations position or 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity - High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of business acumen In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with the world's preferred hospitality company and gain a captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals.
