As a Director of Market Research at a leading global pharma and life sciences consulting organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling a high-impact insights function. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and growing the Market Research CoE by aligning delivery, talent, and strategy with global objectives. - Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team based in India with strong global exposure. - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, driving account growth, retention, and solution excellence. - Leading proposals, RFP responses, and strategic client presentations. - Driving innovation in market research, forecasting, and demand insights. - Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts. To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles within pharma, biotech, or life sciences. - Strong expertise in market research with exposure to forecasting and demand research. - A proven track record of driving account performance through trusted client partnerships and exceptional service execution. - Experience in leading teams, client engagements, and practice growth. - Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
