Director - Manufacturing Vertical

As a manufacturing sector leader, you will be responsible for driving the manufacturing vertical "Centre of Excellence" and implementing best-in-class manufacturing processes across plants. Your role will involve leading the manufacturing "centre of excellence" to support different manufacturing plants located across India. You will define and standardize processes around planning, procurement, production, plant operations, QC, Compliances, HR & IR. Additionally, you will partner & support respective plant leaders in resolving operational bottlenecks, IR issues, and other specific plant-related deliverables. Building a strong review & governance mechanism for problem solving at plant levels and working with the central leadership team to align plant-level strategies with overall business goals will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring all operational and financial KPIs closely is essential in this role. You should bring to the table 15+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in plant ops, process & supply chain. Being open to traveling across plants is a requirement for this position. A strong understanding of monitoring multiple plant operations, P&L, compliance, and IR processes, along with strong process and operational expertise, are key qualifications for this role. A B.tech degree is preferred. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and standardizing and implementing common manufacturing practices across plants. Plant P&L monitoring & review will also be a crucial aspect of the responsibilities.
