Role Overview

We are hiring a Director who will also be an Investor or Investment Partner — someone who can:Lead fundraising efforts (HNIs, MSMEs, VCs, Angel investors)Optionally invest their own capital into the companyActively contribute to financial strategy, investor pitch planning & networkingRepresent the company in all investment meetings and forumsGuide the founding team in strategic financial decisionsBuild long-term value with us as a co-leader of the businessThis role is ideal for someone who wants to build, own, and lead, not just work.📌

Key Responsibilities

Invest or co-invest in the business (can be phased or project-based)Build investor pipeline (HNIs, MSMEs, angels, institutional funders)Develop capital raise strategy (seed, bridge, growth stages)Act as core decision-maker in all business strategy discussionsHelp close B2B project funding with institutional clientsLead or advise on financial structuring, projections, and deal-making✅

Ideal Candidate Profile

HNI, ex-VC, MSME advisor, or private investor with relevant networkFinance professional with strong fundraising or investment banking backgroundDeep understanding of capital raising, term sheets, equity sharingPassionate about food, agri, logistics, or B2B business modelsLooking for more than returns — looking to build a legacy
