Director - I - Data Analytics

As the Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics at Tata Digital in Gurugram, you will lead the efforts in leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer segmentation, improve user experiences, and drive growth across Tata Digital Platforms. Your role will be pivotal in shaping marketing and customer engagement strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to support marketing and customer engagement efforts. This includes overseeing the collection, cleansing, and secure storage of customer data to ensure quality. Leveraging data to create and refine customer segments for personalized and targeted marketing campaigns will be a key aspect of your role. Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI will also be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends to enhance customer experiences will be crucial. You will develop clear and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and IT teams to drive data-driven initiatives will also be essential. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in data analytics, customer analytics, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position - Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and software (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, R, Python, etc.) - Proficiency in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing performance metrics - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.,
