Job Description

As a Director Vendor Development / Supply at Delhivery, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the vendor ecosystem that drives freight movement across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning cluster P&L and driving supply-side growth - Discovering, onboarding, and retaining high-performing vendor partners - Leading a team of Supply Associates to ensure seamless truck placements across lanes - Strategically pricing RFQs to win business and maintain profitability - Managing key vendor relationships with a long-term, value-focused lens - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ops for market intelligence and expansion - Ensuring vendor training, performance standards, and dispute resolution We are looking for candidates with: - Experience in Sales / Operations / Vendor Management - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced logistics environment - Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution At Delhivery, with 40,000+ employees, 20 automated sort centers, 71+ fulfillment hubs, and over 1.5 million packages delivered daily, you will have the platform, scale, and vision to shape the future of logistics in India.,
