Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and Head of Finance, India

As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, APAC at HireRight, you will play a key role in driving the business forward by developing essential business decision models and conducting strategic assessments. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide the necessary data and analysis for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading external and internal strategic assessments, evaluating the impact of external trends, developing annual business plans, and facilitating the development of sector and strategic plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer preferences, product development, and competitive landscape to make data-driven recommendations. In this role, you will oversee the development and improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting processes, and modeling tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance business performance, identify opportunities for margin improvement, ensure compliance, and drive system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a preference for a Master's Degree. You should have a minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in competitive analysis and experience in utilizing data to drive business decisions. Familiarity with tools such as RPA, Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and SAP PBC will be beneficial.
