Director Data Science

As a Director of the School of Data Science, your role will involve: - Providing academic and strategic leadership to the School of Data Science. - Fostering research and innovation to drive high-quality publications and funded projects. - Developing and implementing cutting-edge curricula aligned with industry trends in data science, AI, and analytics. - Building strong industry collaborations for research, internships, and student placements. - Ensuring excellence in teaching, faculty development, and institutional growth. - Driving compliance with UGC and accreditation standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's Degree with Ph.D. in Statistics/Mathematics. - 10-15 years of teaching experience at UG/PG levels, with at least 7 years as a Professor post-Ph.D. - HoD experience is mandatory. - Strong research background with publications in reputed journals. - Experience in formulating research policies and implementing academic audit and accreditation processes. - Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience to bridge academia and industry, ensuring the integration of practical insights into academic programs.
