Role Overview: You will be leading the future of AI innovation by setting the direction for AI/ML innovation, embedding Generative AI and Agentic AI systems into BFSI solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving enterprise AI/ML roadmaps, architecting and deploying agentic workflows, leading the development of scalable ML and GenAI solutions, translating AI/GenAI research into production-grade systems, partnering with senior stakeholders for responsible AI frameworks, representing the company in client workshops and industry forums, and mentoring teams while championing best practices in MLOps and applied AI innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive enterprise AI/ML roadmaps aligned with business priorities - Architect and deploy agentic workflows for decisioning, customer engagement, fraud detection, and operational intelligence - Lead development of scalable ML and GenAI solutions across various domains - Translate AI/GenAI research into production-grade systems ensuring security, compliance, and business value - Partner with senior stakeholders to design responsible and explainable AI frameworks - Represent the company in client workshops, industry forums, and innovation showcases - Mentor senior data scientists, lead cross-functional teams, and champion best practices in MLOps and applied AI innovation Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Applied Math, or Statistics - 11-13 years of proven experience applying ML/AI at scale, preferably in BFSI or similar data-rich, regulated industries - Deep expertise in Python, ML/GenAI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Strong track record in AI strategy, GenAI adoption, and agentic automation with measurable ROI - Visionary mindset with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and building next-gen AI ecosystems - Chennai-based, with flexibility to travel for client and global team collaborations,
