Job Description: As a principal data scientist/Director - Data Science at Delhivery, you will lead the Gen AI charter within the Data Science/AI team. Your role will focus on the following key responsibilities: - Training open source LLM Models - Building the agentic stack using tools/mcps/LLMs/routers - Maintaining the necessary tech stack for observability and continuous improvement - Providing strategic leadership to define areas of experimentation and investment You will be expected to demonstrate the following qualifications: - Excitement for data and business, and the ability to create high impact by bringing the two together - Quick turnaround in a fast-paced environment - Strong mathematics and logical skills - Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills - Proficiency in Python - Experience in leading teams of 5 or more members - Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions to industry problems - 7-10 years of relevant industry experience - Bachelors or masters degree in a STEM subject from a top-tier institution in India or abroad Join us at Delhivery, where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of challenging problem statements, engage in high-level business discussions, and design and implement technical solutions.
