Director - Data Quality Lead

As a Director - Data Quality Lead at Citi, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of the internal audit's data quality strategy and ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the data quality strategy, including identifying, logging, and resolving issues promptly, as well as ensuring preventative data quality measures - Coordinating, managing, and driving data quality-related projects, including identifying business requirements and tracking projects to completion - Monitoring and reporting on internal audit data quality, developing dashboards, and deploying tools as per defined standards - Overseeing the Data Concern Remediation Management process within internal audit and maintaining a repository of data quality issues - Designing and maintaining internal audit's data records management program - Managing internal audit's privacy program to ensure compliance with data privacy policies, laws, and regulations - Reducing internal audit's reliance on End User Computing applications - Providing subject matter expertise across training content, communication, and change management related to data initiatives within internal audit - Implementing necessary data frameworks and requirements of relevant policies, standards, and procedures across data practices within internal audit - Developing metrics to measure effectiveness and drive adoption of internal audit's Data Risk framework - Driving adoption of data controls to mitigate identified risks across the data lifecycle Qualifications: - 15+ years of overall business management experience in a complex financial organization, with a focus on data risk, including 8+ years of managerial experience - Advanced domain knowledge of Data Governance methodologies, with a focus on Data Quality preferred - Ability to execute large, complex change programs and deliver innovative solutions - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills - Strong coordination, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with the MS Office Suite is essential Education: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a global team at Citi, where you can grow your career, give back to your community, and make a real impact.
