Director Change Management

As a Scrum Master at Trimont, your primary role will be to facilitate Agile development and ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. You will act as a servant-leader to Agile teams, enabling high performance, removing obstacles, and fostering a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading complex technology initiatives, including those with companywide impact - Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - Guiding the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and supporting continuous improvement - Shielding the team from external interference and distractions - Coaching the team on self-organization and cross-functionality - Ensuring deliverables meet the Definition of Done - Collaborating with Product Owners to manage backlogs effectively - Monitoring Agile metrics to track team performance - Fostering an Agile mindset across the organization and promoting a culture of continuous improvement - Coordinating with other Scrum Masters for cross-team alignment in scaled Agile environments Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP - Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills - Strong servant-leadership and coaching mindset - Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello - Knowledge of Scrum artifacts and Agile metrics Desired qualifications include: - Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture - Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent - Experience in scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools - Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle - Experience working in hybrid or remote teams - Understanding of Lean principles and value stream mapping Trimont is an equal opportunity employer that values and celebrates diversity in the workplace.
