Director – Capital Raising & Strategic Alliances (India & Middle East)

Identify and engage with companies (established & start-ups)

• Build strategic relationships with

  investors in the Middle East

  and act as a bridge between Indian enterprises and global capital.
• Develop partnerships with

  merchant bankers, investment bankers, and financial institutions

  for co-investment opportunities.
• Leverage existing networks and continuously expand relationships with

  HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices

  , and

  institutional investors

  .

Qualification parameters:

• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in

  capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or wealth management

  .
• Demonstrated track record of

  capital syndication and investor relations with HNIs, and Family Offices

  .
• Relations within

  Indian Merchant Banking and Investment Banking

  ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of

  fundraising instruments

  – equity, debt, structured finance, private placements, and pre-IPO deals.
• Proven ability to source “insider” industry intelligence and convert it into actionable investment leads.

• Entrepreneurial mindset

  with readiness to work on a

  profit-sharing

  .
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to represent the firm at

  CXO & Boardroom levels
