Director Analytics

As the Director of Analytics, you will take the lead in delivering analytics solutions for client projects. Working closely with clients, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge analytics solutions to address various business challenges. Your role involves managing the analytics workstreams within projects, overseeing the project team and their deliverables, as well as handling client stakeholder management and communications. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their analytical needs, defining problem statements, and developing data-driven predictive models using advanced technologies such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and Operations Research. You will contribute to delivering value in the marketplace by supporting client teams, leading research initiatives, and providing analytical expertise. In addition to developing analytic solutions, pattern identification, feature extraction, and variable selection, you will experiment with algorithms, analyze performance, and prepare findings for communication with internal and external clients. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior analytics staff and coordinating global analytics and consulting team members, which may involve some travel to client locations. To excel in this role, you should have 14+ years of experience and a degree (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/PhD or equivalent) in a quantitative field from a top-tier academic institution. Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in managing global analytics teams and a track record of analytical product development or research. Expertise in data science, Python/R programming, semi-supervised learning, NLP, pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, Glove), neural networks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and various machine learning models is required. Experience in unsupervised learning, optimization, model performance tuning, governance, and deployment is crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience in the financial services or healthcare industry, UiPath AI Fabric, Cloud AWS, big data (Hadoop), and PySpark exposure.
