Good Communication Skills. Roles and responsibilities Associates will be responsible for analysis and requirement gathering Need to map the correct business requirements, convert those to technical requirements. Identify the business rules and logics or conditions for text fields or rules for tables, logics for a form In Depth understanding of JSON data structure (Knowledge on data types, data formats, Generic Policies, Product codes, Policy id) Good understanding about E2E workflow and point of integration From UWB till the final Output Generation for Policy, Quote, Binder Establishing trust & relationships with various LOB stakeholders gives the advantage of getting things clarified quickly. In depth handling incidents with business users for tackling a query (addressing a question, maybe showcasing a functionality or maybe explaining E2E workflow Good to have High level understanding and architecture about OpenText Exstream Implementation.
