Walk-in Drive SAP HCM Trainee | TForce (Onsite, Ambattur, Chennai)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the
implementation and configuration
of SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
Collaborate with experienced consultants on
real-time SAP projects
.
Participate in system testing, data validation, and end-user support.
Contribute to
HR process improvements
using SAP best practices.
Gain hands-on exposure to
SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 months to 1 year of experience or training in
SAP HCM
.
Passionate about
HR technology
and process automation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Willing to sign a
5-year Non-Disclosure and Service Agreement (NDA)
.
Educational documents must be submitted
for the duration of the agreement period.
Open to working
onsite
at Ambattur, Chennai.
