Direct Tax Manager (Indian)

Qualification : Semi Qualified CA / Qualified CA

• Having expertise in filing corporate and non corporate tax returns.
• Have carried out tax audit independently
• Having complete understanding of how to fill income tax forms and exposure to the same online
• Having experience in drafting submissions for scrutiny assessments and appeals
• Follow up with the Income Tax Department for Income Tax refund / Rectifications etc.
• Compilation of Documents related to Appellate Proceedings-CIT(A)/ITAT/High Court/Supreme Court
• Having good reading habits of the subject matter and able to draw the interpretation from Act and judgments of competent authorities (ITAT, High Court/ Supreme Court)
• Be informed about the latest development in Direct Tax Matter
• Apply professional judgment to documents and data for effective tax due diligence and risk assessment.

Experience : 1 - 5 years

Timing : 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
