Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Direct Tax Litigator based in Ahmedabad. The Direct Tax Litigator will be responsible for handling tax litigation cases, providing tax advisory services, and representing clients before tax authorities. Additional responsibilities include drafting legal documents, researching tax laws, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with current tax regulations. This is an on-site role requiring regular presence in the office.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and Finance
• Experience in handling tax litigation and related advisory work
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A Chartered Accountant degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the field of International Tax and FEMA is a plus
