Direct tax litigator

In this role at Sunil MALOO & Co., you will be a Direct Tax Litigator based in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include managing direct tax litigation cases, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. You will also be involved in preparing and presenting cases to tax authorities, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the finance team to develop effective tax strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and handle direct tax litigation cases - Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services - Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws - Prepare and present cases in front of tax authorities - Conduct legal research - Collaborate with the finance team to develop effective tax strategies Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Tax Law and Tax regulations - Experience in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation - Proficiency in handling Tax Litigation and disputes - Excellent research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases - Effective communication and presentation skills - Relevant experience in finance or Chartered Accountancy is a plus - Degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting,
