Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Direct Tax ITAT professional. The role involves daily responsibilities such as managing and handling tax litigation cases before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), preparing and reviewing documents for submission, conducting in-depth tax research, liaising with clients and colleagues for comprehensive case management, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and its application
• Experience in Finance, particularly in tax-related matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
• Professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) ( Fresher CA can also apply)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in handling ITAT cases is a plus
