Direct Sales Team Leader

Job description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our high-performing sales team.

Roles and responsibility

• Generate leads through fieldwork, cold calling, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy processing.
• Follow company sales process and regulatory compliance (IRDAI norms).
• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the manager.

Qualification & Experience:

• Preferred: Graduate in any stream
• strong communication and sales skills are also welcome
• 2+ years of experience in sales
