Key Responsibilities:

Work on company-provided leads and follow up with customers.
Close sales through calls, meetings, and walk-in interactions.
Generate new leads through customer referrals and walk-in prospects.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain daily follow-ups and customer records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Profile:

Graduation preferred (any stream).
1-5 years experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Inside Sales / Banking / BFSI / Pharma or any Sales role.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with target-driven sales environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel is an advantage.
