A successful Director - EMEA should have:

• Atleast 15 years of experience in digital banking, fintech or related sectors with exposure to sales enablement in these domains
• A strong educational background in accountancy, business, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in consulting with a focus on working with global stakeholders
• Experience in leading projects within the EMEA region.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• A commitment to delivering measurable outcomes and organisational improvements.
