Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diploma holder located in Sonipat. The role involves supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality of components and finished products, and providing technical assistance in operations. Daily tasks include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting equipment issues, managing inventory, and collaborating with the R&D team to implement new designs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in monitoring production lines and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes
• Inventory management and supply chain coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the battery or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
