Job Description

Field Service Engineers

Roles & Responsibilities:

Attend vehicle breakdowns, diagnose issues, and ensure quick rectification.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine service at customer locations / workshops.
Provide technical support to dealers, fleet operators, and service teams.
Ensure timely reporting of field failures and escalate to the Technical Team.
Train mechanics, drivers, and dealer staff on vehicle operation and maintenance.
Maintain service records, customer feedback, and warranty claim documentation.
Adhere to company safety standards and customer satisfaction norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from OEM(Any automobile) background are preferred

Candidate should be completed Diploma in Any stream

Engineering Graduates are not eligible

Candidates working in Dealership will not be suitable
