Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other on-site personnel
• Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory tracking
• Ensure site safety compliance and documentation
• Handle basic surveying and leveling tasks
• Report issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
• 1–3 years of site experience preferred (freshers may apply for trainee roles)
• Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and measurements
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic site documentation
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate, if required
