Roles and Responsibilities Oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. Manage site operations, including labour control, material management, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP). Prepare financial statements, GST, TDS, and tax filings. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and reconciliations. Assist in audits and financial reporting.
