Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dimsum Chef located in Delhi, India. The Dimsum Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dimsums, ensuring adherence to Fitsa's standards of zero maida, zero preservatives, and premium ingredients. Day-to-day tasks will include recipe development, ingredient preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The chef will also be expected to collaborate with the culinary team, contribute to menu innovation, and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing dimsums and other Chinese cuisine
• Knowledge of ingredient preparation and culinary techniques involving zero maida and zero preservatives
• Experience in recipe development and menu planning
• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification in Culinary Arts is beneficial
