Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Masters degree preferred. - 3+ years of experience in a related field with demonstrated success in developing and executing digital twin strategies. - Strong understanding of digital twin concepts, tools, and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - In-depth knowledge of digital twin tools and platforms. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks governing digital twin technology. - Prior experience working in the power industry would be advantageous.
