Digital Transformation Manager /Sr Manager (HRIT)

As a Digital Transformation Manager/Senior Manager at Darwinbox, your role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, and aligning our SaaS solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: - **Client Engagement:** Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align SaaS solutions with their needs. - **Transformation Strategy:** Design and execute digital transformation plans to enhance client workflows and outcomes. - **Onboarding & Adoption:** Lead end-to-end onboarding, including system configuration, training, and adoption strategies. - **Success Metrics:** Define and track KPIs to measure client success and optimize platform usage. - **Change Management:** Develop and deliver change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product, sales, and technical teams to enhance platform capabilities. - **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experiences through new features or process enhancements. - **Industry Expertise:** Stay updated on SaaS trends and customer success best practices to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Certifications in Customer Success or Project Management preferred. - **Experience:** 8+ years in customer success, account management, or digital transformation roles in a SaaS environment. - **Skills:** Strong project management skills, excellent communication, proficiency in SaaS platforms and CRM tools, knowledge of change management frameworks.
