Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Manager/Senior Manager at Darwinbox, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of work by leveraging innovative HR technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Client Engagement:** Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to meet their specific needs. - **Transformation Strategy:** Develop and implement customized digital transformation plans that integrate our platform to optimize client workflows and deliver desired outcomes. - **Onboarding & Adoption:** Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, encompassing system configuration, training sessions, and adoption strategies to enhance user engagement effectively. - **Success Metrics:** Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate client success, offering data-driven insights to enhance platform utilization. - **Change Management:** Create and execute change management initiatives, including training programs and communication strategies, to ensure seamless transitions for clients. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technical teams to address issues, share feedback, and enhance platform functionalities. - **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experiences through the introduction of new features, integrations, or process enhancements. - **Industry Expertise:** Stay abreast of SaaS trends, digital transformation strategies, and best practices in customer success to provide innovative solutions effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Customer Success (e.g., CCSM) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) would be advantageous. - **Experience:** A minimum of 8 years in customer success, account management, or digital transformation roles within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving client adoption and satisfaction. - **Skills:** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello), strong communication and stakeholder management skills, familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data analytics, as well as knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
