Digital Transformation - Automation Manager

We are seeking an Automation & Digitalization Manager for the Global Competency Services (GCS) to spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of automation and digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and harnessing advanced technologies like AI, ML, PBI, Power app, power automate, VBA, SAP Scripting, Web application, and data analytics to optimize business functions and elevate decision-making prowess. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, creating, and implementing automation solutions utilizing cutting-edge tools such as AI, ML, PBI, Power app, power automate, VBA, SAP Scripting, Web application to enhance operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for driving process optimization and workflow automation across various functions like procurement, supply chain, sales, and customer service. Collaboration with business stakeholders to comprehend challenges and architect scalable automation frameworks will be pivotal. Additionally, you will lead the charge in formulating the digitalization strategy for GCS by integrating novel digital tools, applications, and platforms while spearheading AI/ML projects for predictive analytics and business intelligence augmentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field along with 8-10+ years of proven experience in automation, digital transformation, AI/ML, or data analytics. Proficiency in automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power app, Web application, and SQL is indispensable. Your expertise with AI/ML platforms like Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure AI, coupled with robust project management skills encompassing Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma methodologies, will be highly valued.
