Digital Technical Lead / Stack Developer Lead / Development Lead

As a Digital Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading web development projects to deliver responsive, SEO-optimized websites and digital solutions. Your role will involve managing in-house and outsourced development resources, defining technical architecture, and overseeing development processes and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-stack development including frontend, backend, databases, and APIs. - Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to development processes and standards. - Manage code reviews, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Ensure project timelines, security, scalability, and performance standards are met. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 7-10 years of web development experience with at least 2 years of experience leading development teams. Technical Skills required for this role: - Strong experience in full-stack development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Vue.js, Angular for frontend. - Backend experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, or Java (depending on stack). - Proficiency in databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Familiarity with APIs like RESTful and GraphQL. - Experience with version control tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. - Strong understanding of web security best practices, performance optimization, responsive design, and SEO-friendly coding. - Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify would be a plus. - Familiarity with web analytics and tracking code integrations. Leadership & Management Skills required: - Ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills under tight deadlines. - Capacity to translate business requirements into technical plans. - Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, Asana. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
