Job Description

As a Digital Strategy Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in driving performance and brand growth by blending storytelling flair with sharp analytical thinking. Your deep understanding of Gen Z psychology and content consumption habits will ensure that our strategies resonate with young, digital-native audiences. Your expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, building social communities, and scaling performance marketing efforts will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Search, Google Display Network, and Meta Ads. - Monitor and improve ROI through continuous testing, targeting refinement, and creative optimization. - Integrate influencer marketing strategies into overall digital plans to enhance reach and credibility. - Lead social media and influencer marketing initiatives to grow followers, engagement, and brand love. - Craft content strategies tailored for Gen Z and millennial audiences with platform-specific storytelling. - Leverage trends, formats, and cultural moments to make brand content highly shareable. - Own SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions. - Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO alignment. - Analyze audience behavior and content consumption patterns to inform campaign direction. - Prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Competencies: - Technical Mastery: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console). - Creative Storytelling: Ability to turn brand goals into narratives that resonate with youth audiences. - Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with a strong grasp of performance metrics. - Proven experience in lead generation, search & display campaigns, SEO management, and social media growth. - Leadership in social media, influencer marketing, and paid performance campaigns. - Experience in education, edtech, consumer tech, e-commerce, or youth brands preferred. - Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, SEO strategy, and social media strategy. - Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads will be an advantage.
