Job Description

As a Digital Solution Advisor at HighRadius, you will be an integral part of the front-end sales/account management team, collaborating closely with the Account Executive to engage with prospects and customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales through the pipeline and facilitate deal closures by showcasing the value of HighRadius products and services. You will follow a collaborative Two-in-a-Box model in all interactions with prospects and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Account Executive to advance deals through the sales pipeline. - Engage with prospects and customers on a daily basis to understand their business needs and requirements. - Conduct systematic analysis to gather requirements and qualify customers. - Deliver product demonstrations to Finance departments of Fortune 1,000 companies at the CXO, VP, and Director levels. - Develop detailed Cost Benefit ROI/Business Case models to showcase the value proposition. - Strategize and develop plans to outperform competitors and successfully close deals. - Focus on churn management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer loss. - Analyze customer tickets and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. **Skills & Experience Needed:** - Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Customer Success roles. - Hands-on experience with ERP software and/or cloud computing is advantageous. - Preferred experience of 3-8 years, with exposure to North American or European customers in consultative sales. - Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is a plus. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable interacting with CXO level employees of Fortune 1,000 companies. - Ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery environment and demonstrate integrity and credibility. - Strong analytical skills, commercial instincts, and a results-driven mindset.
