Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and refine bidding strategies.
• Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+years of experience in SEM and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
