Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for installing CPE devices and managing daily partnerships. Your role will involve addressing partner queries, ensuring quality installations, and interacting with customers to troubleshoot device defects. Additionally, you will handle device queries, record job details in the CRM portal, and upgrade device software. Assembling and dismantling smartphones, repairing handsets, verifying devices for exchange, inspecting FTTx devices, and traveling to touch points will also be part of your responsibilities. You will train and support service points and fulfill adhoc responsibilities as per business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Mobile Device troubleshooting and installation - Experience in networking and splicing - Ability to handle partner queries effectively - Strong record-keeping skills using CRM portal - Knowledge of device software upgrades - Skills in smartphone assembly and dismantling - Experience in handset repair and device verification - Willingness to travel to touch points as needed - Ability to train and support service points efficiently,
