Digital Repair Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for shortlisting, onboarding, and certifying Partner/Technician. Additionally, you will manage upgrades or terminations, conduct training programs, track performance metrics, and take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes. Your role will also involve handling customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, inventory reconciliation, audits, and FTTx device inspections. Furthermore, you will be required to travel to touchpoints as per the job requirements and manage complaint resolution and coaching Jio Associates. Key Responsibilities: - Shortlist, onboard, and certify Partner/Technician - Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations - Conduct training programs including initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs - Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs - Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians - Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes - Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation, and FTTx device inspections - Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades - Train and support extended service points - Travel to touchpoints as per requirement - Handle complaint management, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates as per need Qualification Required: - ITI/ Diploma (Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/CS) Experience Required: - 1.5 to 4 Years Skills & Competencies: - Customer Focus - Communication skills - Problem Solving skills - Handset repair skills - Knowledge of spares operations - Knowledge of CRM Systems - Technical knowledge and field team management skills (Note: Location Map: Kopargaon),
