Job Description

As a Procurement Transformation Leader at Chain IQ, your role will involve designing and leading enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs. You will be responsible for developing target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. Additionally, you will conduct maturity assessments, identify key areas for process and performance improvement, and align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs - Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps - Conduct maturity assessments and identify key areas for process and performance improvement - Align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals Process Optimization & Performance Improvement: - Streamline and standardize procurement processes (P2P, S2C, category management) - Define KPIs, SLAs, and procurement performance dashboards - Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile) Technology & Digital Enablement: - Lead procurement digitization initiatives using tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc. - Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier portals - Evaluate and implement procurement analytics and automation solutions Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: - Drive stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and business units - Lead change management, communication, and training efforts to ensure adoption - Build a procurement culture focused on value creation, compliance, and innovation Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional project teams - Collaborate with operations, business units to support transformation - Build capability and maturity within internal procurement teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) - 8-12+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with significant focus on transformation - Proven track record of delivering mid/large-scale procurement transformation initiatives - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Consulting background or in-house transformation experience in large global organizations - Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent - Experience in managing change in complex, matrixed, or global environments Join a truly global team at Chain IQ and be part of a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
