Digital PM Lead Analyst

The Digital PM Lead Analyst position is a key role where you will be a strategic professional who keeps up-to-date with developments in the field and contributes to the directional strategy by applying them to your job and the business. As a recognized technical authority, you will need basic commercial awareness and strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Your responsibilities will include delivering against ambitious business objectives, providing leadership in platform, product, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment, engaging with cross-disciplinary staff to design and develop innovative financial platform products, and owning the overall vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap of the digital product platform. You will also work with businesses to shape business and product requirements into platform requirements, drive product development for new initiatives, and make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market. It will be crucial to maintain the product roadmap and effectively communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes throughout the company. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering, and an advanced degree. Experience in leading digital initiatives and working with engineers and developers is essential. You should be a strategic, results-driven leader passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space. Effective communication with technical teams is also a key requirement. The role falls under the Product Management and Development job family, specifically in Digital Product Management.
