Digital Operations Executive

As a Digital Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and streamlining day-to-day digital workflows. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with digital, creative, content, and performance teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Managing daily operations across digital campaigns, including task tracking, timelines, and deliverables. - Overseeing project management tools, trackers, and dashboards. - Ensuring all briefs, assets, and communication are documented and updated accurately. - Monitoring delivery schedules and following up with teams to meet deadlines. - Identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing process improvements. - Handling client queries related to operational aspects and ensuring timely responses. - Managing reporting, documentation, and backend digital operations. - Coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and external partners for project requirements. - Ensuring quality checks before delivering final outputs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in digital operations, project coordination, or similar roles. - Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and platforms. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, etc. - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
